In this service contract we will assign a Consultant to develop the required professional activities, defined during a process of "conceptualization of needs", in order to support development activities that are required according to the work plan.

The Consultant will be working at our clients' offices and the weekly work plan will be assigned by the project manager that the client has designated, taking into account that 100% of the legal work time will be dedicated to this task.

A manager from our organization will guarantee the quality of service and our organization will issue a performance report every two weeks.

The rate will be agreed according to: the consultant's characteristics, experience, and the type of service required.

Together with the client, a monthly meeting will be held to assess the scope and needs and, if necessary, adjust the consultant to better fit the strategy.
