Easy to install, configure and use: PENSUM is a totally web solution, with a very easy and intuitive graphical interface, which allows users to start using it very quickly, without the need for intensive training sessions. The initial configuration time will depend on the automatisms that are desired, but in general, there are averages between 1 and 2 weeks, once all the variables have been defined.
Multi-language: PENSUM is available in Spanish, Spanish (for Latin America) and English. It will be the users themselves who decide in which language they want to work. In addition, it is structured so that the incorporation of a new language is a task that does not take more than 5 days.
Flexible and Versatile: PENSUM allows evaluating any required situation and at any time. Organizations define what should be evaluated and how: globally, partially or individually; following (or not) a Competency model; evaluating (or not) objectives; pondering by type of evaluation, evaluator, group of competencies, behaviors, types of objective, objectives, etc. It allows assigning evaluation scales by frequency, or by percentage. 360º Evaluations: PENSUM allows all kinds of evaluations, including 360º (leaving the definition of the number of levels –in hierarchy- that will participate in it) to the person in charge of the Evaluation. It also allows defining the number of colleagues or collaborators who can evaluate another, and also say that the final result is the average of the results of a few, chosen at random to obtain confidentiality. The possibilities are endless.
Organizational Development: PENSUM manages the three basic pillars of Organizational Development. You can manage them simultaneously and thus achieve a foundation that allows you to make optimal use of your human capital. To do this, it allows creating the "Job Description (Defining the skills, preparation and experience required to occupy a certain position in the company)", the "Dictionary of Competences (Soft skills or competencies that are required in different positions)" and the "Performance Evaluation (Periodic evaluations are carried out based on the requirements and competencies of each position)".
Open and flexible Competency Management: PENSUM is not closed to certain Competency Models. Its implementation in multiple clients has shown that it adapts to any model, thus leaving it to the Organization to decide how it should be used. Support for Professional Development Planning: Based on the results achieved, PENSUM will issue a proposed Career Plan, with the necessary training to reach an optimal level within its Job Position. It can also be used to develop Promotion Plans, applying to one (or several) people an evaluation designed for the job position to which they will be promoted.
Results: PENSUM offers a wide variety of standard reports, in real time, that include graphical capabilities: Automated Assessment Reports, Gauss curves, development plans, full and partial assessment, etc. The visualization of the results can occur at any time, applying all the segmentation concepts that have been defined in the Evaluation Model. The Consultation module allows analyzing previous evaluations and establishing comparisons.
